Q: Do your services cost anything?

A: No. Our help is completely free. We’re licensed insurance agents, and if you choose a plan through us, the insurance company compensates us, not you.

Q: Are you connected with Medicare or the government?

A: No. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. We work independently with insurance carriers to help you compare plans.

Q: Why should I review my plan?

A: Medicare plans can change every year. Your doctor networks, prescription coverage, and costs may shift. Reviewing ensures you don’t miss out on savings or benefits.

Q: What types of plans do you help with?

A: We help with Medicare Advantage (Part C), Prescription Drug Plans (Part D), and Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance.

Q: How long does a Medicare review take?

A: Most reviews take about 20–30 minutes. We’ll go over your current coverage, prescriptions, and doctors, then explain your available options.

Q: What happens after I enroll through you?

A: Once your enrollment is processed, you’ll receive your plan materials from the carrier. We remain available year-round if you have questions about your coverage.

Q: Do I have to change plans?

A: No. You are never required to change your Medicare plan. Our role is to review your current coverage and show you other options available. If your current plan is still the best fit, we’ll recommend that you keep it. The choice is always yours.

Q: Will I lose my Dr's if I change plans?

A: Not necessarily. It depends on whether your doctors are included in the provider network of the plan you select. During your review, we check your preferred doctors to make sure they’re covered under any plan you consider. That way, you can make an informed choice without surprises.
